The client’s acceptance of the quote and request for service execution is considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Client Responsibilities Before Service Begins
Exterior Work: The client must move vehicles, patio furniture, or any other objects that may obstruct our technicians before service begins.
Interior Work: The client is responsible for moving all furniture and objects blocking access to windows before service begins. This includes knickknacks, plants, and decorative items placed on window sills.
Important Note: We are not responsible for any damage to objects left near work areas, whether indoors or outdoors.
Pets: Any potentially dangerous pets must be secured, and the client must ensure they do not interfere with the technician’s work. We love animals, but for safety reasons, they must not be present during the service.
Window Cleaning
Basic window cleaning (maintenance cleaning) does not include the removal of cement, paint, stickers, adhesives, caulking, or embedded stains from windows or frames. These require specialized tools, products, and additional labor. An extra fee will be charged for this service.
For post-construction cleaning, please inform us before requesting a quote.
If our technician arrives and the job differs from the initial assessment, a price adjustment will apply.
If the client refuses the price adjustment, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply (see the "Last-Minute Cancellation" section).
Electrical Safety: Windows located within 3 meters (10 feet) of a power line will not be cleaned, in accordance with CNESST regulations.
Screen Cleaning
Screen cleaning is included in our full window cleaning service (interior and exterior).
For exterior-only cleaning, if screens are located outside the windows, the client is responsible for removing them before work begins.
If we need to remove them, an additional fee may apply.
We also offer screen cleaning as an additional service—please let us know when requesting a quote.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service includes emptying and rinsing all horizontal and vertical gutters (down to the bottom of the downspout).
Debris will be placed in plastic bags and left on-site for disposal by the client, in accordance with municipal regulations.
We take all necessary precautions to avoid dropping debris on the ground, but the client is responsible for removing any objects that could get dirty during the cleaning process.
Basic gutter cleaning does not include exterior surface cleaning—this service is available at an additional cost.
Gutter Cleaning with Gutter Guards
The client must inform us when requesting a quote if the gutters have guards, as the cleaning method differs.
If our technician arrives and the job differs from the initial assessment, a price adjustment will apply.
If the client refuses the price adjustment, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply (see the "Last-Minute Cancellation" section).

Last-Minute Cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, which must be paid before rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations prevent us from reassigning the time slot to another client, leading to lost revenue and efficiency.
These fees compensate for this loss and ensure the quality and availability of our service for all clients.
Weather Conditions
Our window cleaning services are performed even in rainy weather, as light rain does not affect cleaning quality.
However, in cases of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or very low temperatures that pose safety risks), we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment..
If a rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Payment Methods
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept the following payment methods:
Cash (In-person only. Do not send cash by mail.)

Check (Make payable to Services d’entretien A.W.)
Note : Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $60 + tax administration fee.
After 30 days, unpaid invoices may be sent to collections.
